PUBLIC SERVICE OFFER AGREEMENT
This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by LuxHost to provide access to domain name registration and virtual private server (VPS) rental services via a personal account interface. Please read the terms of this Offer carefully before using the service.
General Provisions
1.1. LuxHost is not a registered legal entity and operates as an independent reseller of domain names and servers provided by third-party providers.
1.2. This Offer governs the relationship between LuxHost and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accepts the terms of this Offer.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to occur when the User registers in the LuxHost personal account system and/or makes a payment for the services.
1.4. This Offer is effective from the moment it is published on the website and applies to all Users registered after that date.
Subject of the Offer
2.1. LuxHost provides the User with access to a management interface through which domain names and virtual servers (VPS) can be purchased and managed.
2.2. All services are provided on behalf of third parties — official domain registrars and hosting providers.
2.3. LuxHost provides technical and informational support via a ticket system and a Telegram bot.
Terms of Use
3.1. Services are provided for legal use only.
3.2. It is strictly prohibited to use LuxHost services for the following purposes
Sending spam or phishing
Storing, publishing, or distributing pornographic materials, including child pornography
Hosting and distributing malicious software
Posting information that violates the laws of the User's country or international regulations.
3.3. If a violation is detected, LuxHost reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete the User's services without any refund.
Registration and Access to Services
4.1. To access the services, the User must complete the registration process in the personal account system.
4.2. Management of all acquired services is carried out exclusively through the personal account.
4.3. The User is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Payment and Billing
5.1. Services are prepaid by topping up the balance of the User's personal account.
5.2. The following payment methods are accepted
Bank cards
Cryptocurrency
5.3. Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree that after successful payment completion, you will not present disputes or claims to payment aggregators.
Refunds for orders and balance withdrawals are made only to the same payment details from which the payment was received by bank card.
Withdrawal of funds from a balance topped up with cryptocurrency is not allowed.
Withdrawal request can be submitted within 1 day from the moment of deposit (only for bank card top-ups). Refund will be made within 7 working days.
We are not responsible for payment aggregator fees, but we notify users about possible fees when withdrawing funds from the account.

5.4. Balance withdrawal by the User is allowed only for funds deposited by bank card. Withdrawal of funds from a balance topped up with cryptocurrency is not allowed.
Liability
6.1. LuxHost is not responsible for the actions of third-party providers and registrars.
6.2. LuxHost does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.
6.3. The User bears full responsibility for the content hosted and the use of the provided services.
6.4. LuxHost shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User due to the use or unavailability of services.
Support
7.1. Support is provided via tickets in the personal account and via the Telegram bot.
7.2. LuxHost reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that violate norms of communication or contain illegal demands.
Changes to the Offer
8.1. LuxHost may unilaterally change the terms of this Offer.
8.2. The updated version of the Offer comes into effect upon its publication on the website.
Final Provisions
9.1. This Offer is governed by generally accepted rules of international business conduct.
9.2. By accepting the terms of the Offer, the User confirms that they have read and fully and voluntarily agree to its contents.
9.3. Any matters not covered by this Offer shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
